Listen "Ep. 202: When You Just "Can't""
Episode Synopsis
Ever hit that "wall" or obstacle time after time and just say "I just can't with this today?" Whether it's a situation, a person or something else, we all have these things come up in our daily lives. The best way around this is to simply as the question "why" over and over until you get to the bottom of this situation.
Example: "I can't get out of bed and workout at 5:00 in the morning." Why?
- "Because I like to sleep in." Why?
- "I stay up late playing video games." Why?
- "I don't have much else outside of my online interactions to occupy me." Ok - now we are getting somewhere.
Challenge: The next time you have a situation in which you find yourself saying, "I just can't" try asking "why" over and over until you get to the bottom of it.
