We can all find ourselves in weird positions from time to time, and it is usually a result of telling ourselves a story over and over and over until it just becomes our truth. The thing about this is that we can eventually start lying to ourselves over and over because this situation may no longer serve us in a way that is useful to us any longer. So how to do you figure out if you are in a weird position?
Take a step back and simply ask yourself, "Is this situation or story I am telling myself still true?" 
It truly can be that simple my friends.
