I've had the same friend group since high school, and my wife pointed out that that's not the norm. After having a bit of an existential crisis on if we are weird to still be friends I deemed that I don't care and that I love my friends so much. Sure, our dynamics have changed, and I am close to some people now that I previously was, but I still will cherish these friends.
