She has co-created a space on Facebook for principals, by principals, that shares staff appreciation and motivation ideas, tips, and tricks to ensure the well being of a campus staff. Amber is also the co-author of Lead With Appreciation, a book filled with practical strategies to revolutionize campus culture. In this episode, Amber and Brent share stories about the importance of expressing appreciation to those we serve.
