Jeff is the principal of Nelda Mundy Elementary School in California. Before moving into administration, he taught for 10 years as an elementary school teacher in grades 4, 5, and 6. Jeff is also the author of One Drop of Kindness, a children's book that beautifully illustrates the fact that it only takes one drop of kindness to fill a heart with love. In this episode, Jeff and Brent share stories of how acts of kindness, even the really small ones, can pay big dividends.
