Listen "E67: Doing a Little Self Evaluation"
Episode Synopsis
Kevin has been doing some ethnographic research (or "ethnologolacking" as Julie says in the episode). He wanted to know what classes were made up of. So he started really listening and categorizing the teacher's comments and the class' responses. What he found was eye-opening. This wasn't done to be judgey, but to realize what makes up a lesson. Using the method Kevin creates may be a great way to learn what makes up your class. We'd recommend that you use something similar and learn the ingredients of your class time. Are the moments rich and full, or are there empty lesson calories? _______________ Subscribe for more free YouTube Tips: https://www.youtube.com/teachingrestored?sub_confirmation=1 Find all episodes: https://teachingrestored Ask a question for us to answer on our podcast: https://teachingrestored.com/contact-us/ Join us on: ✅ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/teachingrestored ✅ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/teachingrestored ✅ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@teachingrestored
