Hard work, passion and business nous were the qualities which had propelled Colleen Callander to the dizzying heights of CEO of two iconic Australian fashion brands, Sportsgirl and Sussan. But, she very nearly didn’t get there.
Colleen was saying yes to everyone and everything – trying to please everyone – and that resulted in her hitting the proverbial brick wall. Yep, she was completely exhausted! And needed time away to look after herself.
