In this episode I want to share a few contemplations about my own Journey through painful breakup and the loss of most of which I considered my identity. 
It's fairly hard to see the perfection of everything when drowning in pain, anxiety and depression, but looking back I can see the much needed lesson that the universe gifted me. 
I'm grateful for all that happened in the last year, as it opened me up to parts of my being I ignored for too long.
