It is said Love is blind yet, is it not the only thing that sees clearly of how it all is? open your heart to its light and may it burn away all the darkness, shadow by shadow let it all go into the light.
Offer whatever is dark within you to this light just before you sleep every night as a meditation practice, lay it all down at the Masters feet, letting it go softly into the night, into the light of your ever present living soul. Go to sleep and do not be afraid. Be at Peace. Nigel Lott
