In this episode of Tap'd Talks HR Anthony speaks to Kate Faxen, an Organisational Change Specialist, working for WHEN, the Women in Higher Education Network - a network developed to accelerate change and propel people to achieve their ambitions in academia. Kate discusses WHEN's pioneering 100 Black British Women Professors programme and shares findings from their research. In 2018, there were only 25 Black British Female professors in the UK, compared to over 12,500 white males. Kate shares why 70% of the cohort have felt, since launch, the programme has already accelerated their career progression.
