Injuries, illnesses, accidents, and setbacks are all part of being an athlete, how you come back from them is key in staying on the path to success. Taylor has battled both chronic and acute injuries throughout her golf career and learned a tremendous amount from them. We talk about knowing when to take breaks, when to push through, and how to take care of injuries to continue playing pain-free.
