I encourage Christians   to examine the history of their faith and the Catholic Church who is called the whore and her seven daughters in the Book of Revelation, chapter 17. who is in reality the political religious system that has departed from Biblical truth and has assumed a position of authority that belongs to only G-d. True believers must examine their faith systems and forsake pagan holidays and customs that are opposed to G-d's Word, even though their observance may be "fun.'  Compare these traditions and customs to G-d's Torah/Laws/Commands and see for yourselves that insistence on following times and festivals not of G-d will bring eternal separation from G-d (Revelation 22:15;18).
