Listen "EP 12 - Debunking Common Stereotypes"
Episode Synopsis
S1E12 - Are girls smarter than boys? Are Asians good at mathematics? Why do some people have certain assumptions about some things?
The answer is: Stereotypes. A stereotype is a generalized belief about a particular category of people. It is an expectation that people might have about every person of a particular group. While all stereotypes aren’t necessarily harmful, they aren’t inherently healthy depictions of reality either. In this episode, Alfin and Alifa are talking and sharing their experiences about stereotypes while debunking the common stereotypes that occur in society.
