After taking off the month of October intention was to come back the first Wednesday in November.

That day was the day after the 2024 Election.

I recorded this before election day, and fully intended to post it for Nov 6.

The day came and it was clear there was way too much noise and too much raw emotion for this to have any hope of landing.

So ... I waited a week.

As usual - I’m NOT TALKING ABOUT POLITICS IN THIS PODCAST. I am talking about taking a deep, collective f*cking breath and remembering the TRUTH.

WE ARE GOING TO BE OKAY.

But not if we spend our times saturating in disaster, talking about hate and pointing fingers OR mocking, gloating and steeping in ego and arrogance.

THESE are the time for big work. Deep work. Hard work.
