And it’s why she created Talk, Unleashed – a new podcast of entirely candid conversations with fascinating people doing remarkable things. This weekly podcast will feature guests from arts and entertainment to business to technology to food to activism to politics (well, we’ll see on that last one). Talk Unleashed invites these influencers to consider the things that have led to them to where they are, the lessons they’ve learned and how all those things can come together to create a better world.
Cathy is a career communications professional whose work has ranged from radio to television, newspaper and digital platforms. Her career path turned through Silicon Valley where she worked in public relations, event content curation, and business development. In 2012 she turned a life-long passion of canine behavioral study into a full-time career, opening The Hydrant Club in Las Vegas, NV. It was through this work that the light bulb went off – and Cathy realized by exploring the dog-human connection, she could facilitate better connections between people. Talk, Unleashed is the first project of Unleashed Leadership – a consulting and coaching practice leading businesses to financial success through effective and powerful engagement (between humans). Unleashed Leadership includes this podcast, a live event series, and private/group coaching. Her mission goes beyond helping businesses thrive, to a vision of a world made better by supporting people in more effective and authentic communication with each other.
