In the inaugural episode where two sisters, Angela and Carrie, introduce ourselves and talk about self-care in and out of isolation. This was recorded (over zoom) months ago when almost everything all over the world was in lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, most restrictions have been lifted in certain countries, but as the anxiety of cases popping up continues, among other things, it is crucial to remember to practice self-care, no matter how small. Due to social distancing some audio may be muffled. -- Talk It Good is a podcast about two Australian sisters who like talking about their experiences as they navigate adulthood, university, the workforce, and the world. Angela is a 21 year old university student who also works full time. Carrie is a 19 year old university student living trying to live the quintessential college life.
