Speaker Bio: 
Molly sits on the Unlocking Innovation team at LACI as the Sr. Program Manager, Incubation Services. She thrives off of teaching, leading, and helping others to improve their lives and reach their fullest potential. Through her experiences as head of programs in various startup ecosystems, such as educating youth from underrepresented communities at YEScarolina, (Youth Entrepreneurship South Carolina, a licensed partner of NFTE) and supporting Black & Latinx Founders in South LA at Plug In South LA, Molly learned her passion lies in enhancing, connecting, and providing resources to individuals from all walks of life. Outside the grind, you can find Molly biking or skateboarding the Venice boardwalk and spending time with friends and family.
