Listen "#13 - Superstitions!"
Episode Synopsis
Hello and welcome to one more episode of the Talk2Rachel podcast.
Our topic today is something that is universally present in different cultures. It is something that 5.8 million British people declare they believe in and what has caused 800,000 Brits to have a special pair of underpants – we are going to talk about superstitions. You are probably aware of superstitions that are present in your own culture – I know where I live in Brazil there are many different superstitions that I hadn’t heard about before. What is interesting though is the reasoning behind these superstitions, where did they originate from and why they are still so popular today.
This podcast is 100% in English and is focused on English language learners, however I speak at a normal speed, so after listening for the first time, I invite you to read the transcript which you can request through my website.
You can find out more about me and my work by accessing my social media pages and on my website https://www.talk2rachel.com.br. I hope you enjoy this episode!
