‘ I waited patiently for the Lord; And He inclined to me, and heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps. Devil like to make you think you are the only one going through depression
Everyone will face depression from time to time. Some of us will deal with it harder than others
God’s people do not have to stay in a dark place of depression
If you are going through hell keep on going
As Christians we are not exempt from depression but we have a HOPE in JESUS
In the midst of depression can we still reach out?

What to do in the midst of depression:

Practical thoughts
Stay tuned into God
Separate yourself from yourself


The hope is that in the midst of your depression - God is there
He is not deaf to our needs
