A New Thing
‘Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.’
Isaiah 43:18-19
NOTES:

God is a creator and He loves to create and surprise His children
We need to have a relationship with God because each day is new and is a new opportunity for God to do something new in us and for us
These new things that God has for us come with responsibilities and are not always easy (i.e. - a new ministry, new people in our church)
Can God give you new things?
God will change your life in one of two ways: 1)the miraculous or 2)through time & effort, diligence & pain
It is not just enough to experience the different seasons of life, we need to thrive in each one, we need to learn how to work in the season that God has us in
Sometimes the season that we are in is bigger than our lifetime and it’s important to understand the season of the culture we are living in
