Although the majority of my listeners are women, I’ve gotten a request for this subject by multiple listeners.
One in 10 men have reported dealing with mental health issues, but men’s mental health remains vastly under-reported. Men are far less likely to reach out for help and suicide rates are 3.5 times higher in men than in women.
In this episode I will help you explore how to better understand the men in your life so you can have closer relationships.
