What rules do you live by?  The rules we live by have power and create the framework for the decisions we make, the roles we take, the work we do, as well as the people and spaces we impact, today, in the future, and long after we are gone.In a reflection on the wisdom and counsel of Former Secretary of State, General Colin Powell who died and left this side of eternity on October 18, 2021, we learn that we have the ability to write the rules we allow to inform and lead how we do life.  Dr. Stephen V.  shares General Colin Powell's Thirteen Rules of Leadership as a resource and as a challenge to revisit, reconsider and even rewrite the rules that we live by.  We must be clear about the rules we use to govern our lives.  The decorated, soldier, diplomat, and statesmen General Powell was clear about his and as a result, the letter C  came to represent far more than his name or the C average he's admittedly acclaim reflected his high school and college years.
