She mentions apps that have helped her and what she is currently doing to stay healthy. BEST WORKOUT APPS:#1 Nike Training Club: fitness- I love this app because it has literally every type of workout on it from yoga, to endurance, strength and mobility training. It also gives you rewards and achievements to help hype yourself up!! It also shows you what days you did a workout and how much time you have spent on the app. #2 Nike Run Club: Running Coach- I SWEAR BY THIS APP, I did the guided 30 minute run with Megan Thee Stallion and it was the longest I've ran with-ought stopping.
