In this week's Red Card episode, we stay close to home in the Northern Virginia area. A doctor approached us, looking for some clarity on their relocation project. The new location already had an x-ray machine, but one of its arms couldn't reach the chair. The doctor was furious, believing that the contractor had it correctly templated in. This was not true.
