Over half of foster parents burn-out in the first year, with a Care Community 90% are still fostering. Care Communities are the model OMN's Father's Heart endorses for caring for Care Families (Foster, Adopting and Kinship Care) within the local church that works. This ready-to-use program is generally led by a volunteer lay person and includes training, personal coaching, videos, online tools and more. Most of all Care Communities makes it easy to support families through prayer, meals, childcare and so much more.
