Shashi Naidoo is a South African Entrepreneur, who was born and raised in Port Elizabeth, matriculating from Alexander Road High School in 1997. She moved to Johannesburg to study chiropractic medicine, which she completed in 2007 at the University of Johannesburg. 

Shashi built herself up initially in the entertainment industry as master of ceremonies, presenter, fashion model, influencer, television actress and florist. She worked with brands such as SA Tourism, Sun International, Woolworths, Nimue, Audi, MTV, MNET and SABC just to name a few. She then became a celebrity in the  industry and leveraged this to establish her own model management agency called Alushi. 
After soaring to the top of fashion world and saving up towards her passions she  decided to finally launch her very own aesthetic business. The Laser Beautique Menlyn Maine has been running successfully for three years and won the top salon  award consecutively for the last two years
