In addition to Switch on Wednesday nights, students have the opportunity to be a Student Leader in the church by serving in a ministry on the weekends. We have found that this is one of the best ways for students to gain community, and take ownership in their faith development. Since we know it's a valuable step for them to take, let's talk about how you as a Switch Leader can play a valuable role in helping them take that step!
