Allison is eager to run for the State Legislature State Legislature District 39, representing the Elkhorn and West Omaha area. She earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and attended law school at Creighton, where she obtained her J.D. and master's in Government Organization and Leadership. Presently, she works as an immigration attorney for a Lincoln-based law firm. Additionally, she demonstrates her dedication to suicide prevention and response by serving on the loss advisory board of the Kim Foundation. Alison has been married to her husband for ten years. He is a member of the U.S. military, currently working full time for the Nebraska National Guard. They have three children, two boys and one girl.
