Chef Carlos Perez is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York & currently the executive chef of @ The Corner in Litchfield, Connecticut. Throughout his career, Chef Perez has pursued his love of food in restaurants across Connecticut and in Manhattan. His cuisine is described as sustainable farm-to-table cooking paired with modern influence, playing off flavors both sweet and savory.
