Episode Synopsis

Luke 24:1–12 describes the women visiting Jesus’ tomb early on Sunday morning and finding it empty. Two angels appear and tell them that Jesus has risen, just as He said. The women go to tell the disciples, but the disciples are skeptical—though Peter runs to the tomb, sees the linen cloths, and leaves amazed at what happened.
