When we think of 'Physical Well-being', we can be forgiven for assuming we just need to think about diet and fitness. And, of course, they are two aspects of our physicality, but when it comes to God's plan for our well-being, are we paying attention to all aspects of our bodies? How are we at knowing our limits? How are we at rest and recovery? How are we at caring for ourselves the way we might care for others?How are we at learning how to thrive with whatever capability we currently have?
