Today I want to talk about my Higher Self Beatrice - she is the none physical extension of me. Beatrice is a massive part of my life and I need to talk about her more. So today I explain who a higher self is and why he/she is so important in your life.  
We often lose sight of the fact that we are not just physical beings experiencing life on earth, but that we are also infinite beings. Our physical self is temporary, while our Higher Self is infinite!   The higher self is YOU at your most powerful.
