"Cricket fast bowler Carmi Le Roux was born in SA and well on his way to developing a professional career in his homeland when he was seconded to help pioneer cricket in the USA. From an early age he discovered that he had a natural talent to bowl fast and straight. Carmi has suffered many injuries on the field, including a near fatal hit in the head by a speeding cricket ball. Yet he says, 'Jesus is always on the field with me.'"
