When Alice Milligan struck out on her own at the age of 19, she didn’t plan on a career in finance. However, her dedicated work ethic, combined with the experience she accrued while working as an administrative assistant and putting herself through night classes to earn both a bachelor’s and Master’s degree, positioned her well to navigate the upper echelons of banking and marketing.

As the Chief Marketing Officer of Morgan Stanley, Alice is leading the effort to evolve the brand in new and innovative ways. Partnering with Rebecca Minkoff, the recently released Rebecca Minkoff x Morgan Stanley Banker Bag is one such example that Alice hopes will provide women in finance with another tool to feel confident in themselves and their capabilities.
