This week, we are looking at healthy boundaries, and how the conversation about identity, self and reality can have an enormous effect on the sanity of our boundaries. One of the main dangers in setting healthy boundaries is that the confrontation involved in maintaining those boundaries and establishing deep relationships can be too much.
