There is an old expression that captures this portionof text we are studying today and most certainlyreflects the ministry of the apostle Paul. Thestatement goes like this,“Plan your work and workyour plan”. Let me ask you a personal question thismorning. You don’t have to answer it out loud. Whenit comes to your spiritual life do you have a plan? Doyou have any goals regarding your faith? Maybeyou have a bible reading plan to read through theBible through in one year? Maybe you have a planto share Jesus with every member of your family,one on one? Maybe you have the goal of sharingJesus with all your co-workers or neighbors? Maybeyou have the goal of getting involved in ministry thisyear after being out of pocket due to COVID. Maybeyou have a goal to start tithing this year andsupporting the church financially.
