Listen "Aug 7, 2022 - Nineteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time (Cycle C)"
Episode Synopsis
NINETEENTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME | Sunday Mass Readings - August 7, 2022 (Year C)
"Jesus said to his disciples: 'Do not be afraid any longer, little flock, for your Father is pleased to give you the kingdom. Sell your belongings and give alms. Provide money bags for yourselves that do not wear out, an inexhaustible treasure in heaven that no thief can reach nor moth destroy. For where your treasure is, there also will your heart be.'" - Luke 12:32-34
Our heavenly Father desires for us to share in His most glorious Kingdom. When we understand God's immense love for us, we will be compelled to love Him back with the same depth of intimacy. Through Christ's Incarnation, He has put us on the road to heaven and He is ever helping and guiding us on the way.
Listen, pray and meditate on this week's Sunday Mass readings as our way of preparation for today's Eucharistic feast. Brought to you by the Cebu Archdiocesan Commission on Social Communication.
