Balter Brewing is an absolute institution on the Gold Coast, and Stirling Howland has been there from day one. We sat down at the Balter Brewing headquarters to chat about how the brand was born, the stories behind how some of the best surfers in the world got involved in brewing, and of course to sample the delicious beer they are producing.
