This letter, which Paul wrote to the church in Philippi, was written from a Roman prison cell… and in just 104 verses he mentions the word "joy" sixteen times. Over the next four weeks, we will see how joy isn't a maybe, but a gift that God promises to those who seek Him. In week 1, Summit U pastor Josh Schiel begins with the first chapter of Philippians and shows us how joy is not something we can choose, but is instead a fruit of choosing Jesus.
