The Church We Choose To Be. Part 4 – An Unwavering Commitment to God’s Word (Revelation 2:18-29) Even though we don’t like suffering, we can’t avoid it. Because we live in an imperfect world, suffering is a part of life, and in this world, we cannot escape it. This message will focus on what God teaches about suffering and how the Bible equips us to navigate the difficult seasons of life from God’s perspective. We will learn that because of Jesus’s accomplishment on our behalf, we do not have to fear suffering. Instead, we can embrace it as one of the means God uses to help us become who He created us to be and to prepare us for eternity with Him.
