Listen "Equanimity. Finding Balance in the Midst of Life's Unfolding. A Wisdom Talk and Guided Meditation."
Episode Synopsis
“Dark itself is not dark.
It is due to light that dark
Becomes dark.
And light itself is not light
It is due to dark that light
Becomes light.
Because light changes into dark,
And dark gives way to light,
Their appearance and
disappearance
Depend upon each other…
All of experience is like this”
