I was reading Gregg Braden this week.  The Lost Mode of Prayer and The Isaiah Effect.  He advocates that much of the ancient writings that give us the full package of what is required to quickly, fully and powerfully manifest our prayers was taken from our western writings in the early 4th century.  If you've ever prayed, and NOT had that prayer fulfill, you'll be interested in this podcast.
