Anne Alston is the Founder of ALSTNTEC, a certified SBA and DBE business consulting company, and Executive Director of Destination Achievers, Inc, a Maryland 501c3 organization, both working to provide career and business training and mentoring services. Her primary mission is to ensure the sustainability and longevity of businesses and to assist those who need to build a career by providing specialized training programs and mentoring services. Anne's success would later embark on a new journey that would change the lives of thousands of people through her coaching sessions, empowerment speeches, conferences, and learning publications.  Along the way, she established a great number of partnerships, which have yielded her opportunities to present her workshops to organizations and events that work directly with the local community, educational institutions, and private/non-profit organizations.
