Project 2025 is an initiative by over 50 leading conservative organizations aimed at preparing for a conservative administration in 2025. The project seeks to create a unified conservative movement with a shared agenda and a pool of trained and vetted personnel ready to assume roles within the federal government. The project has four pillars: a policy document outlining conservative approaches for key agencies, a personnel database for candidate profiles and recommendations, an online educational system for new and experienced appointees, and agency-specific transition plans to implement on day one. The initiative envisions a conservative revolution to overturn the administrative state and restore conservative values.
