Our lives are chaotic. We're pulled in several directions and at times can feel lost. When that happens how do you react?
For me, I remind myself of the phrase "where energy flows focus goes."
This phrase reminds me to check my energy. Where is it pointed? What areas of life are getting energy? Are there areas in my life that have no energy flowing to them?
My energy levels are only so high on a daily basis, therefore the need to be attentive to how it's distributed is high. That attention for my energy levels will in turn shift my focus to and from areas.
