Learn about the importance of girls and women’s sports and mental health, favorite mental skills for performance, inspirational advice, and more.
Strong role models can help create and promote strong mindsets, and as a result create strong girls. We are here to bring these role models to the front of the conversation, and answer the questions young girls are dying to ask. This podcast is hosted by professional beach volleyball player and former Stanford athlete Charlie Ekstrom, a mentor and member of Strong Girls United.
