Ellen Duffield is an adjunct professor and leads the Centre for Leadership Studies and Co-Vocational Canada project at Briercrest Seminary. She is also the founder of BRAVE (bravewomen.ca) which offers initiatives for women, girls and leaders interested in co-creating teams where men and women can thrive together. Ellen is also a mother and grandmother, and loves to garden.
