However, if you have seend Season 2, then you know my "kindness" or relative patience has run out.  I'm not saying Season 1 was perfect, but it had a great hook, cool character chemistry, and a decent bleakness/angst in the long, LONG catalog of isekai shows.  It also helps that the three main leads stand out.  However, whoever wrote this season chucked that all in a toilet and flushed it.  Boring, slow, and lacking a villain with bite, Season 2 hit so many wrong notes.    It is also unfortunate that something out of their control didn't help matters: Rest in Peace Billy Kametz.  Gone way too damn soon.
