Today we continue our conversation on digestion. Our focus today is on what is stress eating and what is it doing to your body. Stress eating effects our hunger cues. The way our body naturally tells us that it is time to eat and when we are full. Stress eating can be harmful to us and it’s important to understand how to notice when we are stress eating.When our brain sends signals to us that it wants or requires water and we give it something else like soda or coffee our body comes back with a secondary cue that usually wants something salty it means your body wants water.
