Lori is going to break it down biologically in this episode to show why scheduling is important for our children’s brain development, digestive health, and overall growth.The human body has 4 mechanisms: eating, sleeping, using the restroom, and discipline. The least understood out of those is discipline. The nervous system has a mechanism that is totally about balancing out your mechanism of discipline.Lori is calling on us to create a family rhythm that is directed by the parent!
